As the Founder and CEO of Foundations 4 adVANCEment, a premier early childhood academy in Steger, IL, Dr. Clark is recognized internationally for her pioneering work in early literacy. Her acclaimed 26-Day Reading Program has empowered children as young as three years old to read, shifting the trajectory of families and classrooms. Beyond the classroom, she equips parents, educators, and entrepreneurs to break barriers, build generational wealth, and create sustainable success.

Dr. Vance-Clark also serves as a university adjunct professor and fieldwork supervisor, where she mentors the next generation of educators with her extensive expertise and passion for teaching excellence.
